Legal & Technical Disclaimer
Protective corporate disclosures regarding autonomous search algorithms, cybersecurity perimeter realities, hosting backup duties, upstream cloud dependencies, post-handover modifications, and advisory content.
Search algorithms (Google, Bing) operate autonomously. We build optimal technical foundations, but explicitly provide zero guarantee of rank positions, traffic, or revenue.
Defense-in-depth mitigates threats, but no internet-facing system is 100% immune from zero-day exploits, nation-state cyber attacks, or compromised client credentials.
Hosting is provided strictly "AS IS" with zero downtime credits or refunds. Clients bear sole backup duty and assume 100% of all operational risks.
1. Technical SEO & Search Engine Rankings Disclaimer
FixrWeb Technical Engineering Studio LLC ("FixrWeb") provides advanced technical SEO architecture, structured Schema.org JSON-LD microdata, clean semantic HTML markup, Core Web Vitals optimization, and AI discovery endpoints (.md and llms.txt).
Autonomous Search Algorithms & Zero Ranking Guarantees
Search engine ranking algorithms (including Google, Microsoft Bing, Yahoo, and AI search systems such as Perplexity and OpenAI Search) are proprietary, opaque, and subject to continuous, unannounced modifications. FixrWeb explicitly makes zero representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific search engine positions, keyword rankings, featured snippets, click-through rates, organic traffic volumes, customer inquiries, leads, or commercial revenue.
Search visibility is determined by numerous independent variables outside any developer's direct control, including competitor content updates, domain backlink history, market shifts, user search patterns, and proprietary algorithm adjustments.
2. Cybersecurity Hardening & Zero-Day Exploit Disclaimer
FixrWeb implements robust, multi-layered cybersecurity architectures, including edge Web Application Firewalls (WAF), automated rate limiting, Fail2ban intrusion defense, least-privilege permission models, and continuous dependency patching.
Limits of Cybersecurity Protection
While our hardening protocols significantly reduce security attack surfaces and defeat automated botnets, no internet-connected software system, hosting server, or web application can ever be guaranteed 100% immune from security breaches, unknown zero-day vulnerabilities, nation-state cyber warfare, advanced social engineering, or brute-force attacks resulting from compromised client credentials.
Clients remain solely responsible for enforcing internal credential hygiene, enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) across client-side accounts, vetting internal staff permissions, and maintaining organizational security policies.
3. Managed Hosting Availability, Zero-Credit Policy & Client Sole Backup Duty
Managed cloud hosting environments across WordPress, Node.js/Bun, Docker, Static CDN, and PHP/Laravel stacks are provided on a best-effort "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
The Client is solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining independent, offsite, redundant, and encrypted backups of all databases, media files, codebases, application state, and transaction records.
FixrWeb provides zero financial credits, zero fee rebates, and zero refunds for hosting downtime, latency spikes, or service disruptions. The Client assumes 100% of all commercial, operational, and business interruption risks associated with website availability and infrastructure performance.
Any automated backup scripts executed by FixrWeb are courtesy features provided without guarantee of integrity or recovery speed. FixrWeb expressly disclaims all liability for data loss, data corruption, database downtime, or hardware storage failures, regardless of cause.
4. Multi-Provider Infrastructure & Upstream Dependencies
FixrWeb utilizes a multi-provider, vendor-agnostic infrastructure model. FixrWeb engineering deliverables and managed hosting environments interface with or rely upon upstream dependencies encompassing any third-party cloud platform, bare-metal facility, edge network, DNS registrar, payment processor, or API provider utilized by FixrWeb.
FixrWeb explicitly disclaims all responsibility and liability for any downtime, disruptions, outages, packet loss, latency spikes, API deprecations, rate limiting, pricing increases, terms modifications, or data failures originating from any upstream third-party infrastructure partner, telecom carrier, or external service provider.
5. Advisory Nature of Blog Insights & Case Studies
All articles, technical tutorials, architectural guides, security checklists, and case studies published on fixrweb.com/blog or rendered in AI markdown files are provided solely for general educational, technical commentary, and informational purposes.
Nothing published on this website constitutes formal legal counsel, certified cybersecurity compliance audit certification (such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS), or financial advice. Readers should evaluate technical implementations within their own operational environments or engage qualified professionals before deploying architectural changes.
6. Performance Benchmarks & Conversion Metrics
Performance metrics cited across this website (such as "sub-100ms response times", "100/100 Google Lighthouse scores", and "+34% conversion improvements") represent verified results achieved under specific client server configurations, test conditions, and architectural designs.
Individual client project results may vary depending on third-party tracking scripts added by client marketing teams, media asset optimization, client database query complexity, end-user hardware, and regional telecommunication latency.
7. Code Customization & Post-Handover Modifications
FixrWeb warrants the performance and security of codebases strictly as delivered and verified upon formal project acceptance.
FixrWeb disclaims all liability and warranty support for software bugs, performance degradations, security vulnerabilities, or broken layouts caused by subsequent code edits, unvetted plugin installations, theme overrides, or configuration changes made by the Client, client staff, or third-party contractors following official handover.
